Assignment: Compose your own telephone answering script. Pretend you work for the telephone company (Qwest/Century Link is a great choice for horrible customer service). You work for the Emergency department that takes the calls reporting phone outages Your first script should be the wrong way to answer the phone. Your second script should be a more correct method for taking the call. Make sure to include dialogue that covers at least 5 questions or requests from your customer. Turn in at the end of the period.
